Yes. You connect Mailgun or Resend in Settings, send yourself a test email, and every invoice then leaves from your domain.
No. Sending or exporting stores the PDF and locks the invoice, so it always matches the customer's copy. A correction is a new invoice; marking it paid still works.

A timer run is billed to the nearest minute, never less than one. Each invoice line is rounded to the cent before the lines are added up.
Yes. Import CSV or JSON files from Settings. Connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key and you can import whole folders, and AI reads PDFs, photos and scans too; you check each invoice it finds before it is saved. Rows that cannot be read are listed so you can fix them and retry only those.
Invite people as owners, admins or members. Members do the work; only owners and admins change bank details, email settings or delete customers.
